Nail surgery is a very simple, outpatient surgical procedure that we perform in our own practice, in which the patient can walk out of the surgery without any problems whatsoever.
It is performed under local anaesthesia, and we generally use a simple technique (Phenol – Alcohol) with a high success rate (98%), in which no incisions or sutures are necessary. It only requires subsequent dressings, and the patient will be discharged from the hospital in approximately 15 days.
